Old Testament.
Balaam from a couple weeks ago, who couldn't curse Israel, we now find advised Balak to have his women seduce the Israelite men into sexual promiscuity and worshiping their gods.

New Testament.
When Jesus begins his ministry, the first thing that happens is he's tempted.
Boy is that true.
Psalms.
When you're in a parched and weary land with no water, do you lie awake thinking of God?
Proverbs.
God highlights just how important integrity is. Does your word mean something or does it change depending on convenience?
God destests people with crooked hearts and punishes the wicked.
Let us choose integrity and God over our own advantage every time. It will work out our way in the end.
